All Sales Are Final

Beauté Lab Med Spa maintains a strict no-refund policy on all products, services, memberships, packages, and prepaid treatments.

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic and wellness services, all sales are final once purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, injectable treatments, skincare products, vitamin injections, microneedling services, peptide services, and any other medical or aesthetic procedures.

Prepaid Services & Packages

Prepaid services, treatment packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any unused prepaid services remain valid only within the specified expiration period, if applicable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

Medical Judgment

All treatments are subject to provider approval and medical discretion. If a provider determines that a service is not appropriate for a client due to medical reasons, Beauté Lab Med Spa may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative treatment or account credit. Refunds will not be issued.

Retail Products

All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or purchased products.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing services or products, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or prepaid services. Any chargeback attempts may result in account suspension and/or collection efforts.

Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment or purchasing a product or service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to this Refund Policy.

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance via phone or via your Jane account. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a cancellation fee as set forth in your patient consent form.
