Dr. Nathan Gilmore is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with a strong focus on functional health, wellness, and longevity. A former college athlete who continues to compete in beach volleyball, Dr. Gilmore brings a performance-driven mindset to patient care, emphasizing strength, vitality, and long-term quality of life.

Dr. Nathan Gilmore is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with a strong focus on functional health, wellness, and longevity. A former college athlete who continues to compete in beach volleyball, Dr. Gilmore brings a performance-driven mindset to patient care, emphasizing strength, vitality, and long-term quality of life.  

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Gilmore shifted his clinical focus toward proactive and preventative care, expanding into mental health optimization, weight management, physical conditioning, and age-defying technologies. He is highly experienced in the use of peptide therapies and is passionate about leveraging peptides to support metabolic health, recovery, body composition, and overall wellness.  

Dr. Gilmore also incorporates a broad range of modern wellness and longevity modalities into his practice, including IV therapy, advanced metabolic and nutritional optimization, recovery protocols, and personalized bio-optimization strategies. By combining evidence-based medicine with innovative treatments, he helps patients improve energy, resilience, cellular health, and overall performance - supporting not just how patients look, but how they function and feel over time. 

Dr. Gilmore earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah School of Medicine, completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), and pursued advanced training through a Critical Care Medicine fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine.

Guided by her personal motto, “Love Yourself Better,” Ofelia is deeply passionate about helping women feel confident, cared for, and empowered through self-care, wellness, and beauty.  

As the daughter of a Nurse and a Stanford University Professor, she's always had the highest respect for medical professionals and the services they provide. Her journey began humbly as a receptionist in a local salon, where her creativity, work ethic, and natural leadership quickly set her apart. Mentored by industry leaders, Ofelia rose to national recognition as a respected makeup artist, beauty expert, and trailblazing plus-size model. As a woman of color in an industry often defined by narrow beauty standards, she built her career by embracing authenticity, resilience, and fearless self-expression.  

Ofelia’s personal experiences -overcoming adversity, rebuilding confidence, and redefining beauty on her own terms - have shaped her purpose today. She is dedicated to teaching women how to love the skin they are in, care for themselves holistically, and show up confidently in every stage of life.  

In addition to her work in beauty and wellness, Ofelia founded and leads a Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports the administrative and operational functions of the medical spa, allowing the clinical team to focus fully on patient care. Her leadership, creativity, and vision continue to influence the culture, brand, and patient experience of the practice.

Brianna is a highly experienced Esthetician and skincare professional with over 15 years in the aesthetics industry, beginning her hands-on training at just 15 years old within a family-owned practice. She specializes in Brazilian waxing and highly customized Hydrafacial protocols, taking a results-focused yet approachable approach to supporting healthy, radiant skin.

In addition to her work in aesthetics, Brianna plays a key role in clinic operations and leadership at Beauté Lab Med Spa. As an experienced clinic manager, she supports day-to-day operations, team development, and elevated standards of client experience — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a seamless client journey from start to finish. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies from San José State University, which informs her thoughtful approach to client behavior, communication, and team dynamics.

Committed to continued education, Brianna has trained internationally and regularly pursues advanced seminars and professional certifications. And she continues to expand her knowledge-base  in longevity, anti-aging, and wellness forward modalities including peptide education, lymphatic drainage techniques, and integrative wellness approaches with the goal of supporting resilient skin, confidence, and long-term vitality in alignment with the Beauté Lab philosophy.

Stephanie brings nearly two decades of experience in the beauty, wellness, and medical spa industry, having begun her career at age 15 in a family-owned salon in Los Gatos. With a strong background in leadership and operations, she has managed multidisciplinary teams of estheticians, hairstylists, and front desk professionals while developing deep working knowledge of treatment protocols, client experience, and spa systems.

Her career evolved into the medical spa space, where a personal lupus diagnosis deepened her focus on whole-body wellness. 

Today, Stephanie blends beauty, science, and integrative wellness - drawing from education in lymphatic health, peptide therapy, and inflammation reduction - to support long-term health, confidence, and results at Beauté Lab.
